But this is the land of opportunity, and people don’t want to remain very long at the bottom of the food chain.

So George Bush promotes a worker program that is so idiotic, Republicans wish that a Democrat had come up with it, so they’d feel better about ridiculing it. Suggesting that after working in this country for a number of years, Mexicans will simply return to their country, and take their place at the back of the immigration line is perhaps the single most stupid, most naïve notion I’ve ever heard. Even a four-year-old would recognize Bush's brainstorm as amnesty in sheep’s clothing."

Working in Africa for many years, I learned at least something about terrorists during that time, after seeing little children, babies, missionaries, farmers, teachers, personal friends, etc., kidnapped, mutilated and killed by the terrorists!

What I learned is: YOU DO NOT TALK TO TERRORISTS; you do not negotiate; you do not arrest them; YOU KILL THEM! That is the only LANGUAGE THEY UNDERSTAND. AND THEY DO UNDERSTAND THAT VERY WELL! That is to say, terrorists should be hunted down unmercifully, in a permanent state of war against them, by all self-respecting nations on earth until they are eliminated! ABRIDGED FROM VARIOUS BLOGS - One often wonders, "what would happen if the Jihadists should win the War On Terror." Would certain sections of society just cease to exist, or would they be driven underground? Would there be mass executions? What would happen to women? Would we be driven back into the Stone Age?

If we look at what has happened in Iran and what happened under the Taliban in Afghanistan, we should get a good idea what would happen, how the masses would be herded like cattle to implement the Jihadist goals. What happens first?

The Jihadists, would establish order through institution of a very strict interpretation of Islamic law. This would mean the elimination of the Consitiution and Bill Of Rights. The "Approved" Religion would be Islam with ALL other religions prohibited. Those who resisted would face death by decapitation (the approved execution method). All citizens would be required to pray 5 times a day. Public executions and punishments (such as floggings) would become the norm. Popular Television, music, Internet and all alcholic beverages would be banned.

Men would be required to wear beards, and subjected to beatings if they didn't. Frivolous activities, like Baseball or Basketball, would be outlawed. Girls would be forbidden to go to school, and women would be absolutely prevented from working outside the home. If Islamic law were implemented as it was by the Taliban, women would have to be escorted by a male relative if they left their home and, failing this, would face being beaten or shot. All this would be to "protect" women and their honor.

While the Taliban declared keeping caged birds and animals illegal, they essentially imprisoned Afghan women in their own houses. Women had no importance in Taliban eyes unless they were occupied producing children, satisfying male sexual needs, or attending to daily housework.

Religious schools would be established and groups of Taliban ("religious students") would become an important part of the social fabric: running schools, mosques, shrines, and various religious and social services. In addition, the schools' curricula would be based on the conservative (extremist Muslim) Wahabi tradition. (Ed Note: - of course, in real life, the expression "Extremist Muslim" is generally an oxymoron).

Almost every section of secular life would be drastically altered, or eliminated. I challenge you to identify anything you currently do that would not be affected. ALL YOU LIBS OUT THERE WHO KEEP SABOTAGING THE WAR ON TERROR WILL BE THE FIRST TO BE DESTROYED IF ISLAM TAKES OVER! - James Dearmore, Biblical Patriot
